To celebrate the fact that summer is here (at least, summer weather is!), I thought I'd give away some books. This week, I'll be giving away:

-- one copy of Stephenie Meyer's new special edition of Eclipse, which has the cover art for Breaking Dawn, a sneak peek at the new book, and more -- PLUS a Twilight tote bag!

-- one SIGNED copy of Melissa Marr's Ink Exchange

-- one set of the P.C. and Kristin Cast House of Night Series--Marked, Betrayed, and Chosen

For a chance at winning one of these prizes, just leave me a comment telling me how summer (or at least, the summer weather!) has been treating you so far. I'll take comments through midnight EST on Friday, June 20th, and then I'll pick three names at random and each of those three people will win one of the prizes! This contest is open to everyone, regardless of where you live (I will ship books overseas) or if you've won something from me before. (Just make sure you leave a way for me to contact you if you win, okay? Please??)

As far as how my summer has been treating me...let's just say I'm grateful for air-conditioning!

Oh! And don't forget, there's still time to enter the STEALING HEAVEN contest--answer three questions, and you could win one of a *bunch* of prizes!

(Also, congrats to Lenore, who won last week's contest and got a copy of Read My Lips!)

Summer has been great so far-- I love this warm weather! I live in Maine, so the heat hasn't been as intense as other areas, luckily.

My summer has been lazy so far, mostly a lot of reading, actually. As for the weather, I live in Florida and the heat is KILLING me, and it has also rained every afternoon since the June forth pretty much. But I hope your summer is really good! Thanks for this opportunity!! :)

Summer so far has been pretty good. I haven't done much, but I have been reading a lot. As for the weather, it's been warm but not too warm, so I'd say it's perfect so far.

Summer has been odd so far. Lately the weather's been great but just in MAY it snowed!! =O the insanity.

Also my finals have just started so I'm beginning to feel insane and overwhelmed.

Hopefully the rest of my summer will be funner lol.

My summer has been great so far. I've already made it to an MLB baseball game and my summer softball league started. And next month, I'll be heading to the beach. I love the beach - I could probably spend every day at the beach and not get bored. Thanks for the contest! :)

So far, my summer has been great. I've been finishing a book every day for the past two weeks.

But tomorrow is when the real fun starts. I get to go to band sectionals twice a week and band rehearsals every Friday. And soccer pickup games are starting this week.

So my relaxing summer is over...the whole two weeks of it.

Summer has been awesome so far. I haven’t done much except read and talk on the phone. Anyway, the weather in Pennsylvania is awesome, though I wish the numerous thunderstorms would end.

Summer has been a blast. I've been reading and just hanging out at the lake and around town. I spend most of my time on the water tubing and skiing. I've also been traveling a lot for Tae Kwon Do and orchestra concerts. It's been fun. I hope yours has been good too.

The summer weather has been treating me pretty well, but I am also glad for the A/C. We seem to have skipped spring and gone right to summer here.

I've been grilling for dinner and eating & reading on the porch. It's great.

Summer's been bittersweet -- my best friend lost her mom to cancer not even two weeks ago, so it's been hard--I never had to help with funeral arrangements before, and I keep feeling like I didn't do enough.

But right now my sister and I are in New York on vacation, and it's been brilliant (even though it's rained 3 out of 4 days!). I absolutely LOVE New York.

Thanks for the giveaway!

So far, Summer has treated me like I'm an unwilling rider on a roller coaster - first we had a week of rainy weather, then a four-day stretch of hot and humid temperatures, and now we are back to the rainy days. Come on, Mother Nature, if I wanted to ride a roller coaster, I'd go to Six Flags!

My summer has been AMAZING, what with pool parties, tons of new books to read, lots of time to just relax. I guess you could say that summer is the time of teenagers-nobody else runs more wild than we do! But I guess you could say there is a downside too-when you aren't in the water, it is BOILING. Seriously. These days I have taken to wearing shorts and sleeveless T-shirts everywhere I go. Illinois weather can be pretty raging and annoying when it wants to be, I guess.

Unfortunately, the summer's not treating me too well right now--attack of the finals & other standarized testing! The oh-so-fun SATs, ACT, finals, and regents have been plaguing my scheduele and dragging me away from all those books I want to read! :(

Luckily, I just have to get through this week & the next and then I'll be spending my summer reading & working my job @ the library! =D

So far summer has been great! I'm a new homeowner so I've really been enjoyed planting a garden and even crazy things like mowing the lawn. The weather has been nice and I've had lots of time to sit in the backyard under the trees and listen to the creek go by while I read.

My summer has been great. I've been to two weddings so far, and there's another one coming up. I've been sunburned twice, and I've been to the beach and tubing down the river. My best friend was supposed to have her first baby today (they were going to induce labor, but I haven't talked to her yet). I had my teeth cleaned yesterday, and I only have one tiny cavity, so that's good!

Bad points too: getting my wisdom teeth out...the gross hotness.

Well, technically it's winter where I live, but I just got back from Dunedin (where it is freezing cold) to Auckland (which is pretty warm) for the end of the semester. My parents say it's cold, but it feels roasty-toasty warm to me! =D So, its been ok so far, but my dad's already made us wash the car and we've only been back home for two days! =) Anyhoo, thanks for the contest! =D

My summer has been busy, but full of fun moments! In the early part of summer, I read and watched movies. I am currently in Charlottesville, Virginia for a summer program and the weather has been atrocious with sky-high temperatures and horrific humidity. It's cooled down a bit though :) Air conditioning has been my life saver! Hope that your summer continues to go well!

I live in Southern California and I've gone to the beach four times in the last week. Two days it was freezing and the two others it's been hot! Today I worked until 1:30 and it was 102 degrees where I work and then when I got to the beach it was cold! I could so write more in two weeks. I'm going to Alaska from the 25th to the 30th! It's supposed to be a scorching 55 degrees... and that's the high temp. We have to get up to go fishing at 3am! I'm going to be so tired, and the salmon that we're fishing for will be 50 lbs.... that's almost half my body weight! *realizes this entry consists of mostly future events* oops!

As of today, it has been a whole week since I got out of school. (I'm now a sophomore) Fortunately, it has been FUN! But...really really hot! I've got a lot going for me this summer. Studying for SAT, working at my dad's store, and tennis camp. And I can't wait for Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer to come out. Also I just finished my first book for the summer.(I'd Tell You I Love You But Then I'd Have To Kill You) And today I went to Borders and bought a book by Melissa De La Cruz.

I am also greatful for the air conditioning- especially last week! Work is going to be tough- I found out that I'm not allowed to do any activities aside from my reading program, which is awesome but I'm still disappointed about the lack of actual programs. On the bright side, I'm starting to make progress in my massive to read pile of books that is taking over my living room! (do you know a book addicts annonymous group I could join? I think I need help!!!!)

This summer has been a summer of firsts for me. It was the first time I attended BEA (which was completely mindblowing!), finished my Master's Degree on Monday, got a teaching position for the next school year, and have had fun hanging out with friends and authors who are now friends. I'm also reading Living Dead Girl tonight, and let me just say WOW, what a chilling story. I picked it up, where else, BEA :)
Do you have pictures to share from BEA?
