Wow, Kroger has many names--and where I am today!

Thursday, May 13, 2010

Just a quick update on yesterday's Find The Unwritten Rule in Kroger contest--it turns out Kroger grocery stores go by many names including: Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, Foods Co., King Soopers, City Market, Smith's, Hilander, Jay C, Pay Less, Owen's, Scott's, Dillons, Dillons Marketplace, Gerbes, Baker's, Smith's, and QFC! (A full breakdown of where Kroger stores are, and what they are called in their various locations can be found at: http://www.thekrogerco.com/operations/operations_grocery_locations.htm

I've already heard from one person that the book is indeed in Kroger stores--so don't forget--pick up a copy of The Unwritten Rule at one of the many Kroger stores by midnight on Sunday, May 23rd, email me a picture of your receipt from the grocery store (elizabeth AT elizabethwrites DOT com), and get a $25 gift card to the bookstore of your choice! (And email a pic of your receipt PLUS a picture of the book on the grocery store shelves gets you a $50 gift card to the bookstore of your choice!)

And again, for those of you wondering where your nearest Kroger is and what it's called, you can find out here: http://www.thekrogerco.com/operations/operations_grocery_locations.htm

Also! I'm very happy to say I've been asked to be part of the Teen Fiction Cafe, where I'll be blogging with authors like Alyson Noel and Sara Zarr! My first post is up, and if you ever wondered who my favorite painter was, well--I talk about that and more over here.
