Thanks for posting the link to the James Frey article. I must be living under a rock, because I haven't heard about any of this. I must also have some great intuition, because I've hesitated so many times over I am Number Four. Something about it just didn't seem right to me...

I think that what Frey is doing is horrible on so many levels, but it really makes me sick that he's "tapping" into the YA market simply because he feels there's money to be made, and that he has no qualms exploiting the talents of young writers, desperate to be published...all to further his own fame. Argh.
